I knew a gunsmith that heating up the screw head with a soldering iron helped loosen them but I never tried it. Kroil is my personal favorite.

I read in a gun- smithing book to get the screws time ...

I've found that to get a nice looking roll crimp I cut my hulls to 2 and 5/16s .
I get nice looking roll crimps without the remains of the fold crimp breaking up
the roll. I am loading 7/8s ounce ...

I had trouble with the RGL's and found that the primers were set to low on a lot of
them. Never had had a problem with anything else.

Where is it cracked. I've repaired several and they can be repaired sometime but replacement is your best bet.
