Does the Benelli listed above have an aluminum receiver?

If so, I'd recommend against using graphite-based lubricant, as a galvanic reaction could occur.

I'm not sure if I'm answering the question, but RST makes a 2 1/2" non-tox with Nice Shot. $3 every time you pull the trigger, but if that's what you need to use....
