My secret weapon in my old 16 Brummy boxlock is a 1-ounce load of their #5s. It will nicely reach out, even in a modified choke.

You need to be a bit more clear here.

FWS preceding the numbers means from 1946 to 1950.

FW in a Smith's description by itself usually means "featherweight" w/two screws in the sidepla ...
