As I mentioned, I hand weighted each powder and shot charge using a balance beam scale and was pretty darn picky. But having said that, might there have been a flake or two of powder one way ... |

I have plenty of once fired Cheddite hulls, all yellow and DR16 wads.
So, I'm thinking not all Herters 16ga hulls are/were Cheddites? |
