According to my dial caliper in my 85 year old trembly hands, the base skirt on both the CB100 and the SP16 is .635. On the DR16 it is .657.

Bair was the predecessor to Pacific. The Pacific 366 was a version of the Bair loader - for the most part all the dies are interchangeable. Hornady picked up the 366 from Pacific and has made very few ...

It's hard to determine from your post what exactly you were shooting. You're right in saying ISSF Trap (bunker or Olympic Trap) is shot from 3 fixed machines in front of each of 5 shooting posts. Ther ...

Try the Hornady 16 ga wad fingers. I don't know if they will fit an old-style Mec, but they look about the same. In 16 ga, the only thing in Hornady's parts explosion for the 366 is the wad fingers.

I converted a 12 ga 650 to 16 ga using the dies from a 16 ga 600 jr. The only thing I needed from Mec was the 16 ga rotating shell plate. The plate is still available from Mec - cost about $22.00. It ...

I had a 366 with both 12 and 20 ga die sets. I would load 2 or 3 flats of 20 ga shells for my wife's 20. Then back to the 12 ga dies. The 20 ga went out the door with my wife in a divorce. I acquired ...

Navy FM2 Wildcats had a shotgun start feature. They used a 4 gauge paper shell filled with slow burning powder to spin a starter gear. Spun a Wright 1820 cubic inch engine. I'll bet the load was measu ...

Look at all the top competitors in International Skeet and Sporting Clays. They all shoot a pistol grip, some with quite exaggerated curves. When you do a quick point movement at a distance with your ...

Inch and a half at 16 is 3 inches at 32 and 4 1/2 at 48. If you think you can hold your point of aim that closely on a flying or flushing bird, then go ahead. Personally I think you shoot open chokes ...
