.......i went to the game farm sat. and brought the wingmaster and my last 8 fiocchi shells with me.
i let a co-worker, who is also a rem fan, use it and he was so impressed with the performance of the magical 16ga shell, he bought the gun from me on the way home Exclamation Exclamation Exclamation

this is quite all right with me, as i have had my eye on the cz-bobwhite 16ga for a while.

now i can work on finding a good deal, without using the checkbook and upsetting the misses at the same time. Cool

i have a couple lined up, still trying to sort it out in my head as to what direction i wanted to go Idea
as far as shotguns, i still have 12's and 20's at my disposal to get me thru the season, until i find "mrs. right"

i'm going to look at a late 50's vintage ithaca 16 model 37 tomorrow after work.
with any luck i will be back in the game soon.
still kicking around that dehaan sxs as well........
getting bored hunting with a 12ga citori. Laughing
(if only this were my biggest problem in life)

That last post got me thinking.....I haven't had my 12 ga. Citori out of the safe since I started shooting 16 gauge! Maybe time to consider selling it and putting that money toward a ??????...Parker? A5? 21? Fox? Ithaca?............
