You can use washers or 4 pennies on each crimp station and get the same results without disassembling the loader. This loads 2-1/2" shells well. You can similarly adapt for 2-5/8" hulls, like some modern Fiocchis.

easy to make all you need is a coping saw drill and file and some 1/4 plate i put one together for some on the site it was pretty simple to fab up p-mail me I may be able to help you out
I cut mine with a band saw filed up the saw marks was a piece of cake works perfect
