As I may have suggested before, this gun is much too nice to be left in humid,cold Michigan; send it to me for preservation and occasional exersize. |

You know, I'd love to. But I'm affraid the hot dry air wouldn't be good for the 100 year old wood. This gun is going to be a Hoot to shoot sporting clays with. Too bad there aren't any Pheasants in Michigan. Oh well, I'll take her Grouse hunting next fall, after the leaves are gone. |

That gun looks like my retired old Parker hammer gun. They are a real peace of history you can hold in your hand. Gotta love 'em. |

16gaugeguy, I know your not a fan of Damascus or Twist barrel guns.
But, I plan on shooting this gun alot. What could be sweeter than a 16 gauge with 32" barrels. My new Galazan bore gauge is supposed to be shipped tomorrow. I will post bore and choke measurements for the gun when I get it. And yes, I also have a barrel wall thickness gauge. |
