Yep. There it is under, Bismuth Premium Waterfowling shells.
16ga 1 1/4 oz of #4’s, 1350 FPS.
No other shot sizes. But that’s ok, I’ll take this.
Ok Houston we have lift off.

Flip over to the upland options for your #5 & #6 bismuth options in 25 count boxes.

Interesting that they're not offering that new load in a 2 3/4" 12ga hull in a 25 rd box, only 3" and 3.5". Not pertinent for 16 discussion, but interesting regardless. It would also be great if they would offer it in 2.5" hulls in 12 and 16ga. If they did, there would be no need to reload.

As for the 2.5"..... they do offer lead, but no bismuth... just as an f.y.i.

I agree 100%. If a 2.5 in Bismuth load was offered in 12 and 16 my Belgium and early German guns would be so happy

Yep. RST sells them, but at $65/box, and not in #4.

Thanks. I see they do offer the 2 3/4" 1 1/4 12ga load in #4's too, in 25rd. boxes. Sweet. I wonder how much they are per box?

Interesting, no 12 ga 2 3/4 inch waterfowl loads, just the 4s in upland. I stocked up on the #4s this year for my model 21, but would be nice to have larger shot options. That's why I am hand loading #1 shot for geese.

I was seriously jazzed to find out about the 1 & 1/4 oz 16ga bismuth load.

But I just looked at the Kent website, and now that load is not listed among the waterfowl bismuth loads. Just the 12 and 20.
No idea what's going on, but that's real disappointing.

Was planning on that being my go-to non-tox pheasant shell for WPA's and GPA's in South Dakota.

I haven't tried the 16ga 1 oz Kent Bismuth on pheasants, but I did use them on a duck hunt over decoys in December, and was underwhelmed to be honest.

Wow, that is a bummer-- they DID have #4 bismuth 16 ga listed, and sure enough now it's gone... that was clearly the "best" 16ga commercial duck load out there IMO, or was going to be... the remaining #5 and #6 upland loads just don't have enough range for ducks to make them worth the cost, can do as well with #3 steel.

$65 a box for what? I can hear the bluebills laughing at me now.

I have no experience w/ this vendor, just sharing as a reference point...
So, for what it's worth...

Upland for sale by the 250 count case:
http://huntstuff.com/products/Kent%20Cartridge/bismuthHD%20upland.html

Waterfowl for sale by the 250 count case:
http://huntstuff.com/products/Kent%20Cartridge/bismuthHD%20waterfowl.html

Tragicly, this vendor does not list the 16ga upland for sale that Kent lists on the webpage. The previous (recent) Kent bismuth product remains listed as well.

The price at Midway is a good deal compared to previous prices, but if the prices on huntstuff.com stay the same when the shells become available that is an even better price.
I do not understand some of their pricing. For example, in waterfowl a 12 ga 2 3/4 1 1/4 load of #4s is $320/case, but in upland the same load, available in 4,5,6s is $373/case. Same speed looks to be the same shell, except for shot sizes.

Says available in July, wonder if the price will change??
