Any body coming through the greater St. Louis, St Charles area or close that I can hitch a ride with? Willing to split expenses, gas, motel bill, etc.
I'm not sure that I can stay awake for the 8 hr. drive from here, I do 3 hr. drives to the country and do good for the most part. I take a break at the half way mark, gas, pit stop. just to stir around a bit.
The chemo has been most unkind and it will soon be a yr. since the last treatment.
Thanks

Griff, If I was coming your way I'd pick you up in a heartbeat. Someone must be coming that way. Good luck. |

If you don't find someone else coming your way I can alter my route from my home west of Joplin, MO and swing northeast on I-44 and pick you up. Taking a different route than my usual north to KC and get on I-35 will be a nice change of pace. And of course traveling with another 16ga shooter is much better than going alone! |

Studdog, thanks, you would think some body would be coming thru.
Byron, thanks, man o man that would be along way out of the way, Joplin is about 4-5 hr. from here, hopefully something will come along.

It's just 11 days away boys and girls. So far the weather looks good. 76 degrees and a small chance of a shower. That will be about 33 degrees warmer than last year, and much drier! I have heard from a bunch of you that you will be at the shoot. Here is a tentative list. The more of you who let me know ahead of time, the easier that day will go.
John Schroll
Dan Wessel
Dan Malecha
Carl Pass
Steve (fourtrax)
Dave Erickson
Jason Schmuck
Cold Iron
Al ?
Kirk Breier
Ted Lundrigan
George Moilanen
Keith Walklin
Garrett Mikrut
Nick Larson
Phil Englin
Greg Loftness
Dick Diehl
Tom Toenjes
Dick Olchefske
Lori Olchefske
Jim Foster
Jerry Vandelac
Tony
Rob Paetzold
Byron Whitlock
Griff (we hope)
We always get lots of folks who make a determination about coming just before the event and we will accommodate everyone show shows wanting to shoot a 16 gauge. Let me know if anyone has questions or special needs. I'll have several varieties of ammo for sale as well.

Stack -- It'll be good to see you up here. Thanks for making the effort to come. The snow is almost gone.
Although I only made the last couple, I really miss the Flatwater Shoot. Any chance to revive it? Those were great times.
Sincerely,
Toplever Tony |

Thanks Tony,
I miss the Flatwater shoot as well. Regretfully I missed the last one, I don't know how to contact them, but there are some on this form that can (Bernard 16) (misspelled) I don't know if KGB can or not. See you there. I'll be the old fart in bib overalls most likely.
I can do the 1 and 1/2 hr. to John Schroll's place to catch a ride.

Griff, I understand the venue is no longer available. There was a bit of an effort toward holding a shoot in southern Missouri but so far as I know nothing has come of it.
Hope you make it up to St Paul!
