Three cheers for Jeff -- and for the folks from the club and everyone else that helped out. What a great day, one that I look forward to every year.
Now I just need to figure out how to buy Kirk's Model 21 for my brother...
Best,

That got me looking for the photo of a near-double on ruffled grouses with that gun. It was more of a report pair, with one retrieved by the old dog and one by the pup. Tail fans tell the tale of who retrieved which. Can't find that stupid picture, it may be recovered from Photobucket some day though. |

Hoping I can reschedule an annual "guys weekend" which is always a conflict with this shoot, and make it next year. Anyone grab some pics to share?

How did the shoot go? I assume everyone had a great time. It seems that the shoot happens the same time each year... is it always in Minnesota? |
