I ordered a box of hevi bismuth #2, was really curious how that big shot would pattern. I was pleasantly surprised, I patterned them in about 5 different shotguns. They patterned great in most of them. In 2 of the shotguns I patterned with, it was tight and consistent enough to hit a squirrel or a turkey at 40 yds. These loads seem to prefer just a regular full choke. (not extra full or turkey. and this was of course all in 16ga.) |

I bought two boxes on line last night. Looking forward to the 1st duck season here in Maryland. Hoping to cut a mallard! |

Glad to see i'm not the only one hunting ducks in MD with a 16. Although I rarely see aything but woodies during our first split. I'm looking to try hevi bismuth #4s or use my kent bismuth #5s for those. |

I bought a couple boxes last month and took a couple giant canada geese with them a week ago. One at more than 50 yards. One shot kills. Its like shooting lead again. |

I just ordered a box of them. I'm doing a guided goose hunt, two separate days, in eastern Washington in November when I'm down to visit my Mom. One day I'll be using a Beretta 10 gauge SxS and the other my Ithaca 37 16 gauge with the Hevi Bismuth 2s. |
