I have access to some CSB-1 powder at $10 / lbs. It's says it uses Universal load data which is my standard 16 ga powder. Anyone ever use CSB-1? If so, what was your experiance? |

Thanks for the links. Didn't realize it's used in Rio factory loads.
I knew it was made by Maxam but didn't know which manufacturers used it other than military. |

I read on another forum the stuff is 26 $ a pound. I can't hardly believe that. Maybe someone can elaborate.
Being mfg. in Spain seem like the price would be around 11$ a lb. Like rex powders were. 26 dollars wouldn't begin to be competitive. Hammer Bill |

I have used it over here along with a range of other Maxam powders.
The data suggests 1.4g (21.5gn) for plastic wads. 1.5g (23gn) for fibre wads.
CX1000 primer and 1oz of shot.
Used to get it for £25 per KG |

Just a 5lb sealed can. I’m on another forum specific to Mississippi. It’s called MSGO which stands for Mississippi Gun Owners. The person selling it is just reorienting his powder supply. He also sold some Varget but I’m stocked on that. He just lives 8 miles from me so no shipping cost. |

A win is a win, whether it's one pound or twenty. Shipping cost is anathema,,,,,, |
