FN,
That's just plum awesome! (And it doesn't even have the later "plum" colored receiver!) Showroom quality! One look at the original recoil pad shows that it has probably received little use. Mine has seen some use when I bought it--the honeycomb portion was ragged/collapsing so I shaved the rear portion off and glued it to the black spacer 40 years ago. Made the LOP fit me better anyway!
I suspect this is an early gun--mine is very similar with a 3xxx serial number. 26 inch barrels are probably IC/M. Enjoy!
Purtiest one I ever seen!

Yes I thought I would share this as it the nicest one I have ever seen.
It may have been shot, if it has I can't tell . Very stiff to open and close , like a new gun.
I measured the chokes last night at .006 and .018
Anyway I am looking forward to giving her a workout on the dove field on opening day. |

Very nice Ranger.
I have a 16 ga Model 90 with 26" barrels in similar condition to yours that I am considering selling to "thin the head" (I have seven 16 ga Model 90's including one Sears JC Higgins 103-360).
PM me if anyone is interested. |
