I finally went and done it, got the wobble attachment for my AT-50 Atlas trap. I had a Do-All wobble on my old Aerial Assault trap and must admit this Atlas unit is a much better engineered unit albeit at a much heftier cost. I took it to the conservation range this morning and shot nearly a box of clays having so much fun. I did notice a tendency on hard right handers to pull the gun away from my cheek for a clean miss, but worked my way through that to eliminate most misses. It should really be a big help on my shooting this coming bird season, and ought to help me do better at trap on those hard right handers.

Wonderful setup.

I sure do like the target rods instead of the old
load one, shoot one system

We have used an AT-50 for 10 years now. For the money we believe it's the best machine made. Have had to deal with their customer service 3 different times over the ten years. It has always been great service.
Now that you have both the vertical and horizontal attachments you just need to add the tilt attachment for even more fun.

Maybe when I start breaking all the targets from my current setup. I just can't seem to get past losing concentration somewhere during an outing with my thrower.

Nice rig.

Now, what you really need is something a local gun club has on their 5-stand course. They got one of those little workout trampolines (the ones that are round and about 4 feet in diameter) and anchored it to the ground about 20 yards from the trap. They tilted it to about 45 degrees off horizontal and aimed the trap right at it.

End result: the bird goes rocketing off the trap nearly horizontal, hits the trampoline, and towers almost directly vertical.

Just like grouse do sometimes.

It's not an easy target.
