I just read where Ruger Fiirearms’ offer to acquire Marlin’s assets from the Remington Outdoor Company has been approved by the US Bankruptcy Court. |

That.....is very good news! Old firearms companies need to stay in America’s future. |

I'm mildly curious about JJE Capital Holdings ( https://jjech.com/ ) acquisitions including H&R and Parker. JJE is the parent company of Palmetto State, Lead Star, and other gun related manufacturing and related businesses.
With the Marlin acquisition I read that the purchase didn't include any of the Marlin related real estate assets. Wonder where production will land, geographically?
Will be interesting to see what the next few years hold. |

Years ago I would have applauded that, but Ruger is not anywhere near the company they once were. But maybe Ruger will have some ideas...I can think of several... |
