| I got skunked few months back by buying Ithaca Flues with cracked receiver. I found spare receiver in excelent shape with serial number pretty close to origina gun. I attempted to put the barrels on the receiver. Almost good but no cigar. Breech will not fully close. I can see that there is interference betwen the metall bridge piece inside of the receiver and barrel lug. It is obvious that I would have to get it fitted by someone. I will appreciate suggestion for good gunsmith experienced with Flues. |
