I've owned a Fulton Hunter in 16ga for a number of years. It's still my go-to gun for hunting Snowshoe hare.

gunut,
Did they sell off Johns collection or was the one Fulton gun all that they sold. I knew John well and he had some darn nice L.C. Smith guns, including my Great Grandfathers A4, that he called the dead Pigeon Gun. Just before he passed away I gave him all the origination Documents from Hunter Arms on that A4 gun. I sure hope if they sold his collection, somebody takes good care of that incredible gun. John talked about sending the A4 gun back to our family when he had taken sick, unfortunately he passed away before arrangements could be made. I do miss him and Walt Schissel badly.
all the best,
Pine Creek/Dave

Bought it from Grant County Guns that had acquired it through the Poulin auction Company.....back in March of 2015..... Poulin said it was part of the Houchins estate....paid a little above normal retail but though it was worth it... |
