For Sale:
Browning Model 525 16 Gauge Grade III 32" Ported Barrels Midas Chokes made for Sporting Clays in 16 Gauge, Beautiful Wood & Professional Gunsmith Installed Pachmayr Decelerator Pad. This rare configuration has 32" ported barrels and comes with 3 Browning Midas screw-in Choke Tubes. I bought brand new in 2006 has maybe 75-100 rounds through gun.
Typical Browning dimensions with LOP (14-1/2") to Professionally Gunsmith Installed Pachmayr Decelerator Pad. Gun is in 99% original condition with a beautiful piece of wood and still tight as new.
The LOP to the Wooden But of Stock is 13.5" in case the new purchaser of Shotgun wants to replace existing Pachmayr Decelerator Pad with one of their choice.
These guns don't come to market very often, don't miss this beauty.

Why not New York? There are no Extreme Gun Laws with regard to an O/U outside of New York City. Plenty of FFLs in New York State that accept from other owners direct with a copy of your drivers license and for sure no issues FFL to FFL.

Bob,
Thanks for letting me know this. I looked it up.
I will ship to New York; I did copy and Paste this from a Browning Hi-Power.
New York does have magazine capacity laws.
Simple mistake on my part.
Thanks for pointing this out to me.

Hated for you to miss a good market. I had my 16 Gauge 525 Grade III 30" Sporting shipped from Texas to my local dealer. And got one for another guy over on ShotgunWorld that was looking for one.
The only issues here in New York (a little tougher in New York City, but not much) is that you can't have a magazine over 10 rounds and there are restrictions on AR Type rifles.

FFL dealers in everyone of those states will receive shotguns from individuals. There are restrictions in California, a 10 day waiting period for the buyer, which doesn’t affect the seller! It’s, obviously, more expensive to ship to Hawaii or Alaska, but the buy pays. The problems arise with AR type guns and magazine capacity in pistols. |
