Missed it since the day I sold it.
Bought this today!!
Browning Citori 16 gauge O/U 28" barrels, chambered in 2 3/4.
PR date code, Manufactured 1987 (First year).
Shotgun is in Like new and unfired condition.

It’s a long tang also. Nice!
I had a grade III 16 ga citori that a friend wanted so I sold it several years ago. I regretted it. Recently I found another grade III on gunbroker, paid to much but it’s mine. Has very nice wood and is 28”.
Took it out and shot my best ever back to back sporting clays rounds. |

Nice going! They are really nice guns. My biggest regret was selling a 20 gauge Citori Gran Lightning. I made up for it several years later by picking up a 16 gauge Citori Gran Lightning that really is a great shooter.
If I didn't have that gun already in the safe, I'd be pretty tempted by the 2021 redesigned 16 gauge White Lightning Browning has just introduced this year. |
