Several states are introducing legislation requiring nontoxic shot for hunting to one degree or another. Not sure how successful these efforts will be but I'm thinking in a generation or two all hunting in the U.S. will be nontoxic only. |

We need to educate the animal lover freaks of how nontox cripples many animals. |

I don’t get why I can’t send pics from my Yahoo account. Anyone have any ideas? I’ll send from work later but try to reply to my Yahoo mail. |

I thought I was down to my last box of Spred-R’s, and found two more full boxes last week before heading up north. They are marked “16 gauge, 2-3/4 dram eq., 28 gram shot wt, 7-1/2 shot, 2-1/2” chamber length” they are actually 2-3/4” shells. So I wonder what else on the label is a typo!
I bought a case of these years ago, and they lasted so long because I only use them for the first shot in the early season when birds are close and leaves are still on.
Spred-R seems to be going through some sort of reorganization, because you can’t even get the posts to use when reloading. One thing I’ve had no trouble finding is wads, so I don’t know what’s going on there. |

By Spred-R do you mean Polywad? If so maybe someone in the Macon, Ga. area can tell us what the problem is? |

As it has for the past several years, yet no new products appear.
I've read several on bulletin boards, in addition to this one, that no contact has been made with Polywad in recent years.
At this time it seems that they are not producing shotshells, at least not those we're interested in. |
