Is there any difference between hi skor 800 x and hodgdon 800 x? I have hi skor 800 x, but not hodgdon, and want to load 1 1/8 oz hunting loads. Thanks for any help. |

Dupont Hi-Skor 800-X, IMR Hi-Skor 800-X and Hodgdon Hi Skor 800-X are all the same powder. |

whatever it's called , they are lovely . Got the last 4#er that came into NY I think . Will always take more , although the priority is 700X now ! |

Hi, I love this powder for my low pressure 12ga hunting loads! Meters like crap, but it sure does perform! I was lucky to score a 8lb jug as it's now discontinued. Should last me for a few years.
Best,
Greg |

A bit slower than Herco, a good bit faster than Blue Dot.
It doesn't matter much any more. |
