Charlie16 , you are correct in your assessment ! We have 53 kids for the spring HS Trap League , and we REALLY had to jump thru hoops to get MOST of the shells needed . Federal pulled out of their offer a couple weeks B4 their deadline , and we just got lucky that our HOF skeet guy could pull some strings . Ironically , Fed and Rem ! We REALLY need the primer co that we've talked about here in other threads to get up & running and be viable . Powder is showing up albeit slowly , but it is showing up ! Shot OK so far , and same with wads . |

You guys are lucky. Most schools in my area will not allow supporting any shooting. |

In ND the high schools have Trap, Skeet and Sporting Clays/5 Stand Leagues and there is a state championship.
When I lived in CT, no such thing. |

In my CT HS years we had a shooting team, .22 LR I believe. But I don’t remember a clays team of any sort. |

Just saw some in Scheels in Eden Prairie, Mn, $59.99/1000
Also several rifle powders at $35-40 per pound. |
