I'd like to replace the grip cap on my 1940 20ga. Does anybody make replacements or do I need to go thru someone like Numrich? |

If I had to guess, I'd say finding a replacement will be "tricky". Since nobody's responded to your question already (& there are some serious Ithaca folks here) I'm afraid I'd be right. Is there an Ithaca Collector's website somewhere? I've seen later grip-cap covers mentioned here, but nothing pre-war. |

Go on the Ithaca Lovers Forum at ShotgunWorld.com and ask those guys if anyone has one they would sell. |
