Yesterday i won a Stevens 235 16ga hammergun on Gunbroker. I had seen it listed on Monday and bid on it then and then after much research and checking several chat sites I stuck it out in the final stages of the auction last night.
When I drove to the dealer that had the gun today, about 80 miles away, and actually saw the gun other than photos I was very happy.. On the way home I had to stop and test fire it of course and I look forward to shooting trap with it tomorrow for my regular league. |

Had fun shooting some skeet with my new toy today. When I checked the pattern with fiber wads while on the way home Friday I found that it was too open with fibe rwads fore trap but it was fun at skeet. I'll have to pattern it with some loads using SG16 wads and hope for improvement. |
