Has anyone compiled a shot bushing chart for equivalent weight Bismuth loads, ie what lead bushing would drop an ounce of Bismuth?

Try 1/8 oz. larger lead bushing for bismuth. Such as: needing 1 oz. of bismuth use a 1 1/8 oz. lead bushing. I am not saying it will be perfect, but it should be close.

Scales are cheap, like the AWS 100 (Amazon for 15_20 bucks). Try the next larger bushing and weigh the result. The wad should be appropriate for the volume of the bushing you end up with.

I use an adjustable charge bar on my Mec presses. Volumes vary so much with shot size (no matter what the shot is made of). A scale can tell you what your bushings throw. If no bushing drops what you need, they can be filed or reamed out until you get the right quantity of shot for a narrow range of sizes (example: #3,#2,&#1 with the "ideal" or exact amount based on # 2 shot).
