O.K. I already know it. I suck moose-balls bigtime. There I was cruising around the lower Hudson Valley today, looking for a deli and a bottle of water. Found the deli, walked in and in the corner was a little gunshop. Obviously, I just had to take a gander.
Well, there in the corner was a 16 ga, Lewis era Ithaca Double. not only that, a 2 barrel set. Those of you who know me, know it's not my cup of tea. But, I didn't think of my friends at this forum until I was a good hour away. Hence the-I suck moose-balls part.
The store was on route 44, west of Millbrook. About 1/2-1 mile west of the Tachkonic Parkway. Heading west, it was on the right side of the road. They also sell fresh pheasants, and chickens(coops in the back). Maybe someone who knows the store can post the name and contact info. Otherwise, post here and I'll get more info and a phone # next time I head north. |

PGG: Off topic. Have you ever heard of a "Krummp" shotgun? Sounds German so I thought I'd ask. Came across one on a site in 16ga. and it looks pretty nice.
