New, never been outside the house and still has the tags. Size is Large. On my 5'8" 195lb frame the coat is tight across the belly. I usually wear an XL, so this is true to size I would say.
This has been in my closet for many years in a non-smoking home. I'm just looking to pass on to someone who will get some use out of it.
The coat is waxed cotton, but it is a dry wax process, so it doesn't have the slick, wet look of traditional waxed cotton, more of a canvas feel.
