I needed another single barrel shotgun like I need woman trouble but I couldn't resist this one. I'm a sucker for a 16, this makes nine. H&R model 99 "American Classic Deluxe". These were made from 1982-1986, this one being first year production. Stone cold mint for a 44 year old gun. I really dig the electroless nickel finish.

| SAHWEET Machine! Was that thing in a time machine? 1st plated version I've ever seen, she's a beaut! Barrel length? I'm kinda "in the market" (need another 16ga hole in my head) for a long barreled 16ga Full and a 357mag version. Wow, lucky dog... |

It's a 28" Modified. Since almost all my use for a single barrel these days is on squirrels, I'd probably rather have a Full choke, but these were only offered in Modified in the 16. |
