Hello,
Does anyone know anything about an AYA No. 3 Box lock non ejector? This is a case hardened 16 ga. with minimal engraving and double triggers. It has 2.75 chambers and fixed chokes.
It doesn't look like a matador or yeoman, but I haven't seen it in person.
I would say it is in good but used condition.
Any ideas on what it is and what it's worth?
Thanks in advance |

pjourn: I have a #3 in 16 ga, I was told it was made for the european market. Mine has 28 inch barrels and was tightly choked. I had the chokes opened and it shoots very nicely. I think I over paid for mine, at $1200. It is a plain gun, but I have had no problems with it. I have since picked up a 16 Sterlingworth so will sell the AYA. Hope this helps. |

There is one here (not a 16) under European Guns. Not bad, but, not worth a ton, either.
Best,
Ted
