Very nice. Thanks for sharing. Would also like to see shots of the muzzles and breech.
I love the attention to detail, as in pic 4, where the screw (now slightly out of alignment) had a line incised in the head in order to match the engraving pattern. I read once of an apprentice to a German engineer/mechanic who had to make sure all the screw slots pointed in the same direction when he reassembled an engine. An a$$-chewing ensued if he didn't comply. |

Thanks, I will post more soon. I have done nothing as far as adjusting screws etc. This gun has not been fired since the 30's. I plan a restoration whenever I can restrain myself from buying other shotguns long enough to afford it! |

No problem. You can post pics here. Just open the photo, right click on it, click properties, copy the IRL.
Post it here by first clicking the Img box, right click and paste the IRL, click on the Img bos again. Clear as mud
