Colleagues:
This behavior sucks big time and will give us a black eye for sure. Having known Don Rayfield (gave him hulls and boxes after shooting at Olin in Alton) for about 6 years now and some of the kids on former Lindenwood teams I am depressed.

Apparently on the way home from Texas, the kids consumed alcohol on the team charter bus and then a group got off and the one kid rolled a pickup truck over into a local house - two or three others ran away. Now the whole shooting team has been disbanded - a crying shame after 5 national championships.

One wonders about the level [or lack of] supervision! Hope that it is sorted out properly rather than broadbrushed. |

I've known Don Rayfield for quite some time, I've shot with him off and on in various places around the area.Fun guy to be around, most of the time he catches flack for being too flirty around the women and too foreward with them.
I'm disappointed in him for this tho. I've seen those kids shoot from time to time at "Blackhawk Valley" when we shoot S.C. every Weds. evening.
They were taught right instead of stumbleing along like I did for so long.
