Rogers has remington express steel #2's for 10 bucks a box,I got some last year for season and just ordered another case because around the house the only steel for 16s is almost double that,just wish they had some #4. |

Thanks for the tip however upon further review.................
I had some Nitro Steel left over from last season and they looked eerily similar to the Express steel I just received. Everything is the same on the outside except the printing on shell. So I cut open one of each and there is a difference. Pellet count is roughly the same along with the wad and powder but the shot is different. Both are zinc plated but the Nitro's are noticebly rounder and very shiny. Is it worth the $7 extra dollars a box of Nitro's? I don't think so. Now on to the patterning board...... |
