Hello,
Friday, I fitted some 28 gauge Briley tubes to a 30" Baker Batavia Leader.
Saturday, I went skeet shooting with them. What fun!! The neat thing is that they are 30 inch tubes for a 30 inch barrel. I left the original chokes in the Baker barrels an had to cut quite a bit off the external knobs on the briley tubes. but fit they did
The chalenge for you is finding 16 gauge external tubes sets,
I have both 12 and 20 gauge tubes that I have fitted to many of my older guns but have never seen a set of Briley 16 gauge tubes.
Enjoy the day

I figured it prolly wouldnt be an easy task , I would like a 28 ga set prolly more than the 410 set , but i was going to let my dad take the 410 /16 of mine till he dont need it any more , he is 77 an just wants somthing for astetics I guess or shootin grackels maybe , I got another american arms 16 for my cowboy gun now so I would realy like him to have what he wants , I realy like the old gun too I am holding it in the pic , purdy damascus barrels on it , T |

While not giving the same performance as full tubes I have used savage four-tenner inserts (16>410) in my 16 on preserve quail with good effects and the same with seminole 20 to 410 inserts in my twenty gauge.
They are both longer than some inserts and give good effects |
