Hate to sell this but it's just too much alike to my William Powell & Sons SXS. This gun is marked "J.V. Needham" however I am 99.9% sure it was manufactured by Greener who bought out Needham, if I recall correctly, in the 1890's. I think the gun was manufactured in the early 1940's.
Even though I have less than 100 rounds through this gun I did manage to drop it on a desert quail hunt and broke off a portion of the stock toe and the buffalo horn butt plate. Also dinged up the right barrel crown
Good news is the stock was a clean break and all the peices have been put back to like new. Mike Orlen also returned the barrel to it's original condition.
Gun is choked SK1 and Full. Chambers are 2 1/2" I bought it from Hill Rod and Guns (see attachment). E-mail me for additional pics. $2850.00
