Thanks. I thought np 5 1/2's might be a good compromise in 1 oz. loads between 6's and 5's for phez and maybe even wild chukar. Then again, maybe I'm just splitting hairs. |

They are made in Italy and here is how I use them"
I shoot the loads in all brass hulls with Win 209 primers
1 oz.NP shot,IMR4756, 32gr,1 opc, 2cw, Mylar strip, 1osc,7440 psi, 1328 fps
1 1/8 oz.,NP,IMR4756,32gr,1 opc, 2cw,Mylar strip, 1osc,9620 psi, 1325 fps
The 1 oz. load is in an imp cyl barrel and the 1 1/8 oz is in a mod barrel. Pellet count is roughly the same and the 5 1/2 shot gives a touch more down range energy. I shoot these loads over a pointing dog at pheasant with good success and good success refers to dead in the air. |

B&P #5 is about US #5.5. The F2 in that shot size is a heckuva good load.
