I just acquired a MEC case conditioner Very cheap. The problem is that it has dies only for .410. Not bad,but I would like to be able to use it for 16 and 20 gauge also. Any ideas? The MEC site had the manual but no parts.
Thanks. |

Hello
Call MEC, they will be VERY helpful.
I am sure they will send you a decapping punch and a sizing ring.
If that does not work out, let us know.
Of course, a MEC SuperSizer is a better tool. BUT I have and use both kinds of tools
I use the MEC case conditioner to size and deprime MAGTECH brass hulls.

The decapping punch and resizing body & ring from the "old-style" 600jr will fit the Case Conditioner. My conditioner was 12ga - I put the resizing stuff from my 600jr 16ga die set on the Case Conditioner. Easy change.
