.

In my wife's Christmas card to me, she said she had bought me a 21 gauge Winchester Model 16 but it hadn't arrived yet.

Should I be worried ?

Really, how bad could she have screwed it up? No such thing as an undesirable 21 ga M-16 Winchester.

You are a fortunate and truly blessed. Congrats on both (wife and gun).

Sam

Be very thankful- you may actually get a 16 bore model 21 Winchester. If not, still be very thankful- she wants to please you. Very Happy Very Happy

Dyslexia prevails in us all more than we care to admit. Congrats on your new 16ga Win model 21, or your new Win model 12 16ga, please share a few pics for us when you get it unwrapped. Either way, she deserves a rock on her finger the size of Arkansas, and an arm brace to go with it, express all of our thanks for her bringing such joy to a fellow 16'er.
Congrats, and enjoy.....What a woman!!.....any single twin sisters?
Any married ones?? (did I say that out loud?)..nevermind. WLOMS

She comes from a family of eleven. All are degreed professionals in engineering or medicine. Two girls are still single.

Have been lucky at Christmas, Father's Day, and birthdays for the last 26 years. Her first Christmas present to me was a left-hand Weatherby Mark V in 7mm with a Leupold scope. Other presents have included Shiloh Sharps rifles, a side-by-side 500 Nitro Express, a Hamilton Bowen revolver, a John Linebaugh revolver, some nice double barrel shotguns, a Pre-War Browning Sweet Sixteen, a NIB first-generation Colt SAA made in 1883, etc

No matter what shows up. Even if it is a BB GUn. Be delighted, humble, appreciative, and shoot it. She is doing great thingss for you.

I suspect you are getting a Model 21 16 ga.

Her heart is in the right place & she has her (your) priorities staright.

You LUCKY DOG!

Happy New Year!!!!!!!!
