Ok, I know I allways get myself in to trouble when I go off topic with non16 ga stuff, but check out this web site. www.shadowmtnlabs.com . I heard a certain birdslayer from Nj, who will remain nameless(at least for now) was visiting this site.. Now I have it from a good source that when his girls found out, they were more than a little aggrivated. Heard they said they liked it much better when he was watching Kitty porn.
Speaking of Kitty porn
So I get home from work last night, and my girlfriend Kathi, who's been in Jersey all weekend is waiting at the door as I come in. She gives me a big kiss, and wispers in my ear"have I got a suprise for you" cool I think, being the perv that I am. Then she takes me by the hand and says "lets go in the bedroom" wooohoooo, think I. She opens the door, and there, laying streched across the bed.... is a big black cat. This is not what I had in mind, I think, to myself.Seems her mother adopted 2 of them from the local shelter, and kathi thought it would be a good idea to "rescue" one also.
Ok, I think, now what. Bring Beau the super lab in she tells me. hummmmm , not such a good idea , I tell her. Well what are we going to do? It's my house and I want a cat(good point I think, and I don't want to jepordise my free loader status, which might cut into my gun funds(rent and all that)). Ok let's put the cat in the cage, and then we'll bring beau in. So in goes the cat, in comes Beau, well the rucus that ensues probably sounds like Drew, on the Mt high describing the warm place where I'm sure I'll be spending more than just a little time. Ok lets try something else. out beau goes, out the cat comes, and we put him back in the room. Ok in the cage Beau goes, out of the room the cat comes. Alot better than the last time XCEPT, Beau's whinning like a little girl dog(sorry rebba and dixie) and he's giving me the " what the f**k am I doing in here, haven't killed the cat, YET" look. So Beau got relagated to the spare room and the cat got to sleep in the big room.
Boy I just can't wait to go home to night........

The Girls have nothing to worry about. We don't need no Shtinken Lab wanta be bird dog around here. We like the pure German lines to get things done right.
As far as your kitty porn. HEE HEE That's about as close as you are going to get to any "kitty" if Beau decides to eat the cat like he does everything else in sight. |

Bro. Thudddd: a little pastoral advice. In light of the 'territory issues' I'd suggest keeping thy head down, thy mouth shut, and the cat out of thy dogs mouth (Do I recall a previous post about an Airstream however?). |

Drew, I'm not much of a cat person in the first place.
But I gotta tell ya, the first time that cat tried to climb up my leg like that.
Ole' Pinky find out just how good I am with my 16 gauge Parker.
Don't intend to offend anyone. |

Well, good luck. I have not yet had the fun of getting cats used to a dog.....but I have two 5 yr old black cats. 1 year ago we had to take in my stepmother-in-law's gray tiger......and even after a year we still come home to find the living room floor covered in gray fur......... |

a couple things here:
You suddenly have a lot of motivation to get the boat in the water and working - at least so you can dock it.
Start referring to said cat as "Chum" and all it's versatile variations - old, good, best, etc and when you go out on the boat for a 4 day trip you can call it "fresh chum" |
