I just spent a week in your lovely state of Arizona. I had a 5 day conference which pretty much kept me in downtown Phoenix. I did manage to slide over to William Larkin Moore and it was a delight. The people there were so friendly and tolerated my drooling with a grin.I fell in love with a 16ga Garbi with my wife standing next to me snickering. I stood in awe of Piottis that went North of $100000.
We drove up to the Grand Canyon and came back through Sedona. The sights here are breathtaking. The people we met were very friendly and all in we had a great time.
I find myself looking forward to seeing my drahthaars and getting out in the Canadian woods in the fall. I am also wondering what the hunting is like here in AZ.
Be proud of your country my friends. |

dilly,
You asked about AZ hunting, AZ has the very best Mearns Quail hunting in the world, down along the Mex border in the mountains. If you are lucky it will snow while you are hunting. Definitely an experience every bird hunter should have.

Dilly, as stated the Mearns quail hunting here is an experience you will not forget. The Gambels and Scaled hunting is going to be very good this year and you could not find a more beautiful place than Arizona in December and January. |
