Just took the Davis out of the box this wkend . Busy with trap ! The last 2 winters , BD has been entertained with getting the ole girl firing again - getting lethargic ! Did a wonderful job on the left barrel , and shortly thereafter , the righty started acting up . Got the right barrel going , the lockup tighter by rotating the action bar , and we should be good to go for a while !! FP's are hitting nice and hard .... BD's case trimmer has done many thousand cases of all ga's and still the original blade ! Believe he has a wad splitter too . Many thanks old friend for getting me back in the field with my little baby !! ( also had the bitch sister , the Warner out . That one had the most creamed choke bulge I've ever seen and I couldn't blow her off ! got the old chop saw out and it's probably about IC/MOD . The right trigger will give you a muscle pull , but the left is good . It needs to have the cases sized thin and it works fine ! We'll see , SoDak ! ) |
