Is $2k a good price for one NIB?

If I could find one,I would pay it.I just passed on a citori that is new in box, but had 26 in barrels, its price is $2k, If it had 28 in I would have paid it.

There are some listed on Gunbroker. I believe they were through Runnings; a limited run. they had 9 available but were only Grade I wood. I thought that was a little high for that grade. I opted for a Gran Lightning 16 ga w/ Grade V/VI. Beautiful wood, and with the rebate, $300 less. 26 inch barrels but mine is a hunting gun.

Now, if it was a Sporting w/ Grade III or so wood, I'd be buying.

The one at our local Runnings was pretty crude. I wouldn't pay 1500 for it. Maybe some of the other Runnings guns are better, but this one was no bargain.

It was a 525, not a Citori and it was at Runnings. Didn't look it over at all since I'm not interested in any more OU's so cant comment on its wood. I know it does say runnings right in the serial number
