There have been a few of you who have purchased a FAIR Iside recently. Wondering what the actual stock dimensions are since FAIR lists a range of drops for heel and comb. Also wondering what the actual weights are. I have a hard time believing they weigh 5.3# like all the adds are stating.

Also have there been any issues or problems with the guns?

I just bought one new in box in 12g, 30" barrels, 3" chambers weighing in at 6lbs. 4oz.
It certainly does not look like an expensive gun however the fit and finish looked pretty good to me until I patterned it for point of aim.

Right barrel printed dead center however the left barrel shot 8" left of center at 16 yards. this is not acceptable so I emailed them. Within 24 hours I got my answer. They said it was within industry standards. Well, if that is industry standard for them on a new gun and they won't correct it I would look further for a company that stands behind their quality control.

OUCH!!!! Shocked Shocked

Weight sounds good. Knew there was no way they could weigh 5.3#

Thanks.

I have a 16. It weighs an ounce under 6# and the barrels are dead on regulated as a session at the pattern board showed.
There’s is nothing not to like. For the price point, I am more than pleased with the wood and the fit and finish is great.

Barrel regulation or misaligned choke tubes can happen with any line. A lot of people never check or know they have a problem. I've networked with several owners and everyone is happy, even Builder now that he has his shooting on the mark.

My basic 30" 16 is coming late next week (hopefully), and I paid extra ($300) to get my stock dimensions. I don't know what to expect for weight, but thinking 6 1/4 pounds +- 1/4 pound.

Thanks for the help!

I have a Grade II Uggie that only has 2" of DAH which I can't shoot. Online purchase of a used Lion Country Supply gun. All LCS Uggies were advertised as being 1 1/2" DAC 2 1/2 DAH right? WRONG.

So I am debating whether to have the Uggie stock bent or sell it and get a new Iside which appears to have stock dimensions that would fit me. The choke tubes are also pushing me toward the Iside.

BTW--the stock dimensions on mine are 15---1.5---2 3/8.
Weight is an oz. under 6#

From what I am told, they are pretty consistent from gun to gun.

Just shave off the top of the comb and refinish. Easy fix. Wink
