Looks great!

Where’s the balance point with the mod’ed barrel and stock?

Looks good , Dave ( aka SWEET PIE ) wish I could find and extra barrel

I found that extra barrel right here on the for sale subforum. A guy bought it on eBay thinking it was for an original Auto-5. The guy on eBay wouldn’t take it back, so after some heavy questioning (from me) the guy resold it to me. The barrel has had some abuse, but it functions fine. The rib is rusty in places and the bluing has some serious scrapes. I'm going to have my local gunsmith reblue it.

5 3/8” in front of the trigger. It feels pretty stable.

The ultimate upland autoloader. Now if only Browning could be so smart and make it a factory offering. With credit to you and Cold Iron, of course.

The Iron-Son.

As a BPS Upland owner, I thought I owned the ultimate repeater. I stand corrected...

If they made it a three shot, they would have the full package!

I’m thinking “Cold-Pie”.

Best,

Very nice Dave. The grouses are in trouble come autumn.

That is awesome Dave! It means Briley is now free to work on my Win 23 barrel that is down there Very Happy

I still need to get my stock "slimmed" up. I know you will like it when you get a chance to shoot it. The grouse not so much.

We need to get up on the hill and shoot some skeet with our "new" guns when it warms up.

Dammit.....Reading your posts is getting expensive for me...saw cold-irons and loved it but had slipped my mind and now it’s back on the wishlist!

Now i have to start harassing Browning weekly to sell me a spare barrel.

Looks awesome.

Thanks for the comments from the guy who can never leave well enough alone. I'll bring it up to the Sweet 16 Shoot in St. Paul this spring if anyone wants to try it. I'm sure Cold Iron will have his up there, too!

There's some Famous Grouse in the bar!

Maybe I can talk Mark Larson into painting a discrete grouse tail on the stock. Idea

If you're going to go, go big, right?
