Thanks to both DannyPratt and Putz463 for keeping this project alive and completing it. The knife looks great.
Good Hunting,

The logo fill will be in black, it was most popular in the poll. And after seeing the black proof have to admit it swayed my preference, with the white/grey bone, polished nickel silver and stainless all looks pretty sharp together. My knife will probably see a rag with some acetone on it to remove the SS logo from the blade to further the elegance of the knife.
Thanks for the kind words of appreciation, been an interesting and fun learning curve, kudos to Danny for getting the ball bouncing and to my sister Lisa for making a lot of the devilish details work smoothly also to slong for permission to use the logo and his shepherding of this forum.
The plan is to run the same order process again thru Oct/Nov (and then done for 2019) for folks that missed the first goround or were hesitant to trust sending hard earned dollers to someone or something put together so quickly until they see real finished product and not a scam, if not running this thing I'd be in that camp. + the Oct/Nov order will include a belt sheath with 16ga logo as well.
The trust is heartwarming, thanks guys. |

Just odered a woody version. Little disturbing though that they might send another version if they run out of the one I ordered. |

Thinking mine will get the sane treatment. Do you think acetone will do the deed? |

UPDATE;
Happy to report....was able to add the couple orders that snuck in over the weekend to this batch but wont be able to do more. Anymore stragglers will push forward to hopefully meet the 25pc minimum in Oct order delivering end of Nov.
All preferred game animals are in stock so no worries about getting the default Quail or Pheasant knife. Approx ship date last week of Sept in (my) hand first week of Oct mail out ASAP there after.
Common paint stripper will remove the SS logo from the blades so any of the high volatile thinners should work as well. |

I bailed out on my knife in the end, but I did send a $10 donation to s_long a minute ago to go along with the $25 i sent in July. I'll always support this place. |
