I heard that 16ga is now a recognized and sanctioned stand alone gauge for formal and competitive clay games.
Bring on the cheap ammo.... |

I had heard that also at the club i shot at yesterday great news! They are making a special run of Upland type CF shells as well!

Sounds great, though I have not heard anything about a stand alone 16 gauge even for Skeet. You could always use your 16 in s 12 gauge event though.

I have recently returned to shooting NSSA registered skeet after a 30 year break and have done well in my beginning class E in 12ga events with my CZ Ringneck 16ga SXS.
Many guys have commented that the barrels were stacked the wrong way to which I reply " If we were meant to shoot an O/U our eyes would be one above the other! |
