Just updating this thread.
The lite loads from RST performed exceptionally well when I did my part.
I will be buying more of the 2.5" purple shell loads from them.
Between that and the RGL's I'm good to go for target shooting and any hunting I'll be doing with the 16 ga. |

I've used both RST and Polywad 7/8 A Lot in 7 1/2 , but I Really Like the RST 3/4 oz 7 1/2
"Zero" recoil and just deadly. I think that light shot load patterns really tight because it just stones the dove thru a 16ga MOD or IC ..
A few years ago Sonia took an iPhone video of me shooting with my '21 and in a couple frames you can see this tight gray 3/4 oz ball of sevenandahalfs just before the White wing folds |
