Well my friends, I finally found and avenue for some of my more literary work. Sporting Classics reviewed and accepted a story package that centers around a winter duck hunt in a setting that is more than just a spot with ducks. I won't spoil the surprise, but it is truly a "story" and not an "article".

I always enjoy your writings and especially look forward to your photography. Will your photographs illustrate your new story?

I am unsure. The events in the story took place in winter, so I imagine the release date will coincide one of the colder months.

Back in the late 1980's(88-89) , Sporting Classics offered a lifetime subscription plus a Lynn Bogue Hunt print for $150. I took them up on the offer,so at this point I am into it for less than $5/year. The print hangs over the fireplace at my hunting camp.
Congrats!

When I signed up for the lifetime subscription they were offering 2 of their classic book reprints rather than artwork. Good deal either way.

Will look for the winter article, shouldn't be too long!
