How to set the friction rings for the higher velocity of these loads.

With these guns, it usually recommend to set the rings for high velocity loads and only change to the lighter setting if it fails to cycle on the heavier setting. |

John has it right. Always start with the heavy setting.
I'm going to shoot both the Kent and Boss loads in my Rem. 11 at ducks and glad I just replaced the 87 year old spring. |
