It’s a shame it’s been converted to 2-3/4”

Description says 13 1/8" LOP. That won't work for most people.

It's a Sweet 16 3-shot and that's got to mean a lot to somebody who can overlook the conversion and might have a slip-on pad, replacement stock or the willingness to add a pad.

I plan to bid on it as I have an extra stock. I bet the price will get out of hand.

Interesting dual safety setup! They also apparently understand that the forward trigger guard safety is NOT the "suicide" safety which falls completely within the guard.

Gun in question would have been quite valuable if it had been left alone.
Early stealth 3shot sweet with the 5 lightning hole drilled barrel ring( stupid rare).
Barrel alone would have brought 600.00 unmolested.
I have owned 2 3 shots but never with that early barrel.
Still would be awesome gun to restore, would make old Art happy.
Good Luck! Definitely show some before and after pics.

I dug out the posts I made after finding a 3-shot that turned out to also be a Sweet and 2 3/4" gun. For a number of years I carried an older gun that appeared to have been factory altered for 2 3/4" and never thought less of it--as a non-collector I could not work up any hostility against whoever had it done. Function was a little more important, and that gun had it. I bet this one does as well.

Really nice buy!
Please post some pics later with or without restoration, rare gun.
I bought and sold browning barrels(over 50 of them)to finance my guns and would have sold that barrel For what that gun sold for. Bravo.
